Cheesy Potatoes

A delicious cheesy side dish, perfect for potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 8 oz. Velveeta
  • 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Arrange hash browns in 9×13 pan
  2. Melt all ingredients in saucepan
  3. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and stir gently
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350*
