A delicious cheesy side dish, perfect for potlucks.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Arrange hash browns in 9×13 pan
- Melt all ingredients in saucepan
- Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and stir gently
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350*
